These terms are the agreement between you and Jonix LLC when you use Gentle Ping. We’ve written them to be readable. Using the service means you agree to them.
Gentle Ping is an AI buddy — named Ping — that lives in your chat and helps with focus, fitness, and everyday nutrition. Ping is thoughtful, but not a person and not a professional.
Gentle Ping is a wellbeing tool, not a healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist, dietitian, or other professional. For health decisions — or if you’re in crisis — please talk to a qualified human.
Your identity on Gentle Ping is the chat identity you connect with — no password, no separate account. You’re responsible for what’s sent from your chat, and you must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use the service.
Gentle Ping runs on credits: each message you send to Ping costs one credit. Ping’s replies, commands, balance checks, and help text are free. New users receive 200 free credits that don’t expire.
Purchased credits don’t expire either. Credits aren’t money — they can’t be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded once used. If we ever discontinue the service, we’ll refund unused purchased credits.
Use Gentle Ping for yourself, kindly. Don’t:
Your messages and memories stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service — Ping’s replies, your memory timeline, and support. How we handle data is covered in our Privacy policy.
Gentle Ping is in early access. We work hard to keep it reliable, but it’s provided “as is” — AI replies can be wrong, and the service may occasionally be slow or unavailable. To the fullest extent the law allows, Jonix LLC’s total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You can stop anytime — just stop messaging, or email us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms; if we do, we’ll tell you why when we reasonably can.
